MANNHEIMER, Judge. Donald D. Dezarn was convicted of first-degree sexual abuse of a minor, AS 11.41.434(a)(1), following a bench trial in the Anchorage superior court. He appeals his conviction, arguing that the superior court should not have admitted an out-of-court statement of the victim and that, without this challenged evidence, the State could not satisfy the corpus delicti rule. We affirm.
