ZIMMERMAN, Justice: Appellant Donald George Emig is sought by the State of Colorado for crimes he allegedly committed in that state. After his arrest in Utah as a fugitive from Justice, Emig was incarcerated. In due course, an extradition warrant was issued by the Governor of Utah. Emig challenged his incarceration and the extradition proceedings by successive petitions for a writ of . His petitions were denied, and his surrender to Colorado was ordered. On appeal, Emig argues that he has been denied both his right to challenge his incarceration by writ of and his right to appeal the judgment of the district court. We reject both of these contentions, affirm the lower courts denial of Emigs petition, and authorize his immediate extradition to Colorado.
